Licensed Practical Nurse Internal Medicine or OB/GYN At Princeton Medical Group, P.A. our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion. We are a private medical practice with over 35 providers and 9 medical specialties. We are searching for dedicated and motivated employees to join our dynamic and growing team!We are currently looking to hire 2 full time Licensed Practical Nurse. One is to work in our Primary Care practices and the other is to be in our OB/GYN practice. LPN Internal Medicine/OB/GYN Responsibilities: Escorts patients to exam rooms and take vitals. Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assists in maintenance of all logs Schedule lab tests and Triage patient calls. Assist physician with various procedures & exams Maintains safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures Prepares and stock exam rooms in the clinical area for patient care Ability & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisor Responsibilities vary by practice and specialty Demonstrating excellent customer service Phone Triage Facilitate seamless comprehensive care for all OB/GYN patients (OB/GYN Only) Provide relevant patient education, both written and verbally, including education during the initial pregnancy visit (OB/GYN Only) Assist physician with procedures & exams (OB/GYN Only) LPN Internal Medicine/OB/GYN Requirements Valid LPN License (For LPN) Ability to cover in the absence of other Medical Assistants/LPNs as determined by supervisor Must have recent experience in a medical office setting Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client care Excellent communication & organization skills Detail-oriented and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1 year of experience as an LPN in a related medical field (Preferred for Internal Medicine) One to three years nursing experience related to obstetrics, labor and deliver and postpartum care (Preferred for OB/GYN Only) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to change. 1 late day a week 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM 1 Saturday per month from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Job Location: Regular rotation to all of our locations: Princeton, NJ Plainsboro, NJ Monroe, NJ (Internal Medicine Only) Benefits: Personal medical and dental insurance 401k and profit-sharing plan Life insurance 3 weeks' vacation time 40 hours of paid sick leave Employee Assistance Program Proof Of COVID-19 vaccination is required upon hire Pre-employment drug screen is required Pre-employment professional reference check is required PMG is an equal employment opportunities ( EEO ) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of, race, color, religion, creed, gender/sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (including transgender status), national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, military status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
