Summary The Director of Leadership Development will perform Quality Assurance Inspections and provide branded franchise operational support on open and operating My Place Hotels throughout the United States in effort to monitor quality and compliance with My Place Hotels' brand standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Travel to various My Place Hotels to conduct quarterly Quality Assurance evaluations to audit brand standards and communicate results. Evaluate trends and opportunities through each Quality Assurance evaluation. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data. Develop and assist the implementation new strategies, programs, and training initiatives with Quality Assurance, Training, and Brand Management. Continually and effectively communicate with hotels and brand representatives about issues and opportunities identified through the Quality Assurance Evaluations. Develop new strategies to improve the Quality Assurance Evaluations and MPU Training. Conduct brand training at open and operating My Place Hotels. Conduct and assist with General Manager Training at My Place University in Aberdeen, SD. Continually and effectively communicate with hotels about their quality and condition. Coordinate with My Place Hotels' Brand Management and executives on programs, processes, and tool development. Leverage field knowledge to direct priorities. Revise and develop hotel level processes and procedures to better educate and inform franchisees operations. Coach and assist hotels in their continued effort in providing clean and comfortable accommodations. Plan and conduct meetings with department manages, franchisees, and their staff as required to facilitate Quality Assurance and Trainings. Maintain positive relationships with franchisees and their staff. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Position includes about 80% travel High school diploma/GED Bachelors degree preferred Previous hotel experience (General Manager or Lead Housekeeper) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
