Job DescriptionPaddy's Beach Club is seeking a full-time seasonal Front of House Manager to join our management Team. 2023 season runs from May- SeptemberPaddy's Beach Club is high volume beachfront tourist destination with multiple revenue streamsCandidate must be energetic and have a passion for food, hospitality and the great experience.Te ideal candidate for this position should possess the following: At least 2 years experience in a restaurant management position The ability to function well under pressure Organizational skills and attention to detail Open availability for scheduling A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel An understanding or restaurant POS systems, preferably TOAST Experience with scheduling and online scheduling programs, preferably ScheduelFly Ability to work a 55-60 hour week from Memorial Day through Labor Day Reply with salary requirements, over letter, resume and references for consideration Benefits: Discounts on parking, food, drinks and entertainment!
