OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Project Control Specialist position to support our internal and external business and financial processes.Position Responsibilities:The successful candidate will conduct analysis of supported projects, including the development and tracking of cost, schedule, risk, and technical parameters, metrics and measures. He/She will present a portfolio-wide perspective to provide advice and recommendations to OASYS leadership on all aspects of project start-up, management, strategy, and execution to ensure performance requirements are met. Will provide technical and analytical support, coordinating and integrating concepts, assessments, requirements, and capabilities. He/She will maintain awareness of project status, execution, and milestones, as well as their corresponding strategic impacts, to communicate effectively and accurately to OASYS leadership. Will be responsible for providing a weekly summary of activities conducted.Desired Experience: Applicants should possess a working knowledge of the DoD requirements development process, the DoD acquisition process, and organizational acquisition policies. Applicants should possess demonstrated ability to lead troubleshooting activities and issues. Applicants should possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences. Applicants should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
