YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE This phone position is flexible and can work a full-time or part-time schedule. As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you're responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping customers with their plumbing needs. On a typical day, you receive calls and emails from customers, gather information about their plumbing issues, book appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. You work closely with our team to ensure that our customers are receiving prompt and reliable service. You have a passion for providing exceptional service and take pride in the part you play in the success of our company! REQUIREMENTS FOR A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 2+ years of customer support experience, specifically with large call volumes 1+ years of experience using ServiceTitan Experience in the construction industry Computer proficiency and the ability to use data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Experience dispatching for 24-hour trades would be a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Are you a skilled communicator? Can you comfortably speak on the phone?
