If these characteristics are your hallmark, we'd love to chat. __________________________ THE CHALLENGE As the Regional Market Leader you will play an essential role, acting as champion for embracing new challenges and seeking wins. You will directly lead business development efforts, while ensuring financial success and regional growth. ___________________________ HOW YOU SUCCEED Serve as a key stakeholder in the firm's development and execution of the annual business plan. Lead financial and operational growth within a region. Strengthen and nurture existing client relationships, while identifying avenues to increase market share. Engage and deliver new business opportunities. Participate in the development of proposals and fee negotiations. Effectively lead and mentor team members throughout various office locations. Participate in employee interviews and performance management process. Attend and present at client meetings and interviews and interface with higher level client contacts. Act as CR's ambassador at industry events. Attend and actively participate in industry events to increase the awareness and market presence of the organization. ___________________________ WHAT YOU NEED Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution 15+ years of related experience and professional registration. Demonstrated success building, nurturing, and fostering new and existing client relationships and motivating and leading internal teams. Knowledge of building construction systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards. Exceptional communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation. Ability to interact successfully with clients, other professional disciplines, and team members at a variety of levels. Experience in generating project proposals and reviewing and negotiating consultant and client contracts for professional services. Experience utilizing Deltek Vision or Vantage software to track financial performance, resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of typical KPI's and how they are impacted. Subject matter expert in multiple building types that fall within CR's market sector targets is preferred. Exceptional communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership qualities. Established client relationships that can be leveraged in new role is desired. Ability to drive/travel during the workday and/or overnight travel as needed.
