DSPs provide assistance with individuals' daily accomplishments such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and active participation in the community. Patient and upbeat, you create a nurturing and uplifting environment wherever you go. Whether you're helping to develop strategies for increased mobility, personal hygiene, or meal preparation, you love celebrating the successes of the people we support as they gain new life skills that foster greater independence. Qualifications of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) 18+ years of age Valid driver's license A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. No experience is required - we will provide paid training! Are you patient, empathetic, and a great listener? Do you have a positive attitude? Are you able to effectively prioritize multiple personal care tasks? Can you communicate well, both verbally and in writing? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
