Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Description:
Responsible for all cash collections and postings, inter-company postings and invoicing, and maintaining a positive relationship with outside and inter-company customers, while striving for continuous improvement in all processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Run A/R monthly statements Mail or fax statements to customers Post all cash receipts in JDE against appropriate invoices Enter miscellaneous cash receipts via journal entry into JDE Deposit checks in bank Reconcile invoices to customers Process invoice batches from Customer Service to verify that the sales amount hit the A/R system Create invoices for all inter-company billings Make collection calls to customers Investigate and resolve A/R differences between our records and customers General filing Perform other duties and complete other projects as assigned EXPERIENCE: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily High school diploma required; one to three years office experience required Proficiency in use of current electronic technology, including spreadsheets, e-mail, other windows-based software, ERP systems, is also required. Previous A/R experience preferred Proficiency in use of current electronic technology, including spreadsheets, e-mail, other windows-based software, ERP systems, is also required.
