A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT CASHIER As a Restaurant Cashier, you are the friendly voice that answers the phone when customers call in to place takeout orders. You listen to their order, answering any questions they might have about the menu and making recommendations as necessary. Then, you take their information and process their payment. Once the order is ready, you package it for pickup or delivery. You work closely with our front- and back-of-house staff to make sure every to-go order is accurate and ready at the appropriate time. With your upbeat, helpful attitude, you ensure that every customer feels welcome. Your satisfaction comes from brightening our customers' days with delicious food and awesome customer service! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT CASHIER 1+ years of cashier experience Customer service experience 18+ years of age Are you well-spoken and confident? Can you communicate clearly over the phone? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RESTAURANT CASHIER This is a full-time food service job that works both nights and weekends .
