A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT CSR As our Commercial Account CSR, you are the support and backbone of our account management team. You are highly organized, professional and work with a sense of urgency and accuracy in all you do. You provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to account managers and support to producers. As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will assist with maintaining, and servicing client requests as well as maintaining database system, connecting with carriers and providing quote assistance. You are a task master who can continuously update important documents and records for our clients. Using your strong multitasking skills, you regularly work with internal team members to keep our systems and processes up to date. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER 1 year of Commercial Property & Casualty experience required High School diploma required. Active Property & Casualty License is preferred.
