Interflight Parking Company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a 2nd/3rd shift customer service representative to join our team at MKE Airport. We are located at 5300 S Howell Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities primary responsibilities include office operation, telephone answering, and customer service, CSR must also possess general office skills such as typing, filing, and cash handling. Each customer service representative is assigned individual responsibilities, although they are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage in the event of a co-worker's absence. If necessary, customer service representatives will be cashiers during busy times.The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service. CSR's provide information to customers, including parking rates, general information, and directions. They are responsible for the cleanliness of their work area. They are also responsible for accurate reporting of revenue and transactions at the end of their shift, as daily auditing of the PARCS system. Qualifications Friendly attitude and customer-focused Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Good communication skills with customers Customer service experience preferred Ability to pass a drug test A clean driving record is preferred We are looking forward to receiving your application.
