Our products and services include print, digital communications, and healthcare communication technologies to help practices engage with patients. www.poscorp.com We are currently seeking candidates for a Regional Territory Associate (RTA) to work within our Customer Care/Sales Department in Waterloo, IA. The general hours for this position will be 8:00am-4:30pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday. The RTA's primary responsibility is to provide the best possible customer experience by engaging in the essential functions that facilitates more effective customer relationships and sales. RTAs align with both RTMs, Customers, and Corporate staff to provide the best Customer Experience. Specific job duties include (but are not limited to): Effectively communicate with customers and RTMs to form productive relationships Assist RTMs with keeping customers informed of the products and promotions available Act as the link between customers and the organization in absence of the RTM Provide best-in-class sales support and customer service Provide assistance with product pricing, quoting, and ordering The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills to include: Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and over the phone) Thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and uses of all POS products Highly self-motivated; Team player Knowledge of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, Salesforce Job Posted by ApplicantPro
