The CRS will promptly respond to all customer inquiries. He/She will work closely with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. A successful candidate will have a self-starting attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an aptitude for building relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for increasing truck rentals through existing customer base and prospecting for new customers Clearly communicate Barco's service and rental offerings to our customers Assist with developing a prospecting plan to connect with new potential customers Utilize CRM to support and drive optimal results Ensure elite responsive customer service Attend to customer inquiry and service needs Clearly explain the costs per rental and the customer's overall responsibility for acceptance and return of rental trucks Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance business objectives Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts through strong verbal and written communication Assist with any other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Proven experience in Customer Relations Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Results driven and proactive, strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellence Proficient with Microsoft office platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Daily use of CRM Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Problem solver/solution driven Highly organized and good time management Attention to detail Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires Languages: English fluency required Training/Education required: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience required: Minimum 3 years' experience in customer relations; Auto, truck, or equipment rental experience a plus Hours of work: Monday - Friday Must be willing to complete Background Check and MVR
