Why work for us? Medical Holiday Pay Paid time off Primary Job Function: Assist in maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Direct calls on a multi-line telephone, data entry, customer service, filing, invoicing, communication between departments, scheduling, and collections. This individual will also help other departments as needed or assist on specific projects. Pay: $20hr Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of scheduling/appointment setting experience Dispatching experience in HVAC or a similar trade is a plus Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills Experience answering a multi-line telephone system Advanced customer service skills and problem solving abilities Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Prioritization and organizational skills Highly proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
