Century Ridge is seeking a caring and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas. Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned. Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines. Inform Director of any pertinent resident issues or concerns. Keeps housekeeping carts clean and in good working order. Attend all required training and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS: Must enjoy working with older adults Excellent attendance record Ho usekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in a long-term care setting COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive hourly wages Flexible schedule Paid vacation time Vision, dental, life & disability insurance Great work environment, meaningful work & sense of accomplishment!
