We have an immediate opening for HVAC In Home Sales / Comfort Consultant to join our team, someone with a high level of integrity, honesty, and genuinely enjoys working directly with customers. We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. Uncapped earning potential Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly. What you will be doing: Meeting with customers in their homes Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process Hands on training on sales process and equipment Build long-term successful client relationships We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer Qualifications / Skills 2+ years consultative sales experience In home sales experience in HVAC or similar industry desired Excellent customer service and follow up skills Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use company-furnished technology products Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Strong interpersonal & communication skills Able to go where customers current HVAC equipment is located, attics, crawlspaces etc. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
