We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride . As part of our continual growth, we have an immediate need for a Financial Controller to join our team this role can be located in Beverly, MA or Irving, TX Finance Controller will manage accounting and financial reporting activities within the organization to ensure that they are effective and efficient. You will oversee multiple finance-related aspects, including banking, financial reporting, and tax payments. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee Accounting Department Activities - directing and leading accounting departments and personnel to support the organization's financial oversight and reporting activities. Develops policies and procedures for handling and maintaining information, focusing on reducing risk during financial transactions and report generation through department and organization-wide controls. Support reporting and due diligence activities by maintaining accounting documents such as financial reports and bank statements. Maintains documents related to accounts payable and receivable, assets and liabilities, and financial transactions. Audits - prepares and shares required documents with auditors. Ensures banking and financial reports are timely, accurate, and prepared according to internal and external guidelines. Report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management and executives. Support organizational financial goals by preparing and monitoring annual and periodic budgets. Examines anticipated revenue and expenditures, along with assets and liabilities, to maintain the organization's cash flow and ensure that it can meet its financial obligations. Monitor budgets versus expenditures for any irregularities and reports these to the CFO. File tax returns and issue payments on behalf of their organizations with federal, state, and local governments, and issue tax documents to shareholders or partners. Maintain oversight of banking activities by directing invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration. (master's degree or CPA highly desired) Five years of accounting and financial management experience Financial reporting /Budget analysis Financial forecasting Team coordination Communication skills Asset Based Lending (ABL) experience highly desired Financial management software (QuickBooks)
