Ironhorse Funding is rapidly growing and seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer within our IT Department. Reporting to the CIO. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading projects that will target various departments, processes, and systems within the company to manage are targeted growth. Ironhorse Funding is a full-service consumer finance platform that serves the needs of consumers, dealers, distributors, and OEMs in the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and automotive markets. We provide our clients access to turn-key financial services including, but not limited to, credit lines, capital, IT systems and support, marketing, accounting, originations, servicing, and asset management. Our corporate operations Must Have Tech Skills: 4+ years experience in software development Experience with C#, .net core, asp.net MVC, and docker Experience with API development (REST, SOAP, OAUTH, OpenID Connect) Experience with Javascript and a front-end framework Experience with HTML and CSS Experience with SQL and database development (MySQL, Oracle, MS Sql Server, PostGreSQL) Must Have Soft Skills: Understand requirements and find solutions that fit within our existing software architecture Create robust software with a focus on scalability, high performance and maintainability Design and implement effective testing strategies Discuss and review deliverables with your fellow team members and provide feedback Tackle difficult problems and come up with innovative software solutions Ability to work with local team as well as remote Ability to grasp new technologies and react to changes in a fast- paced environment Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks with multiple deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Experience with Lambda, Azure Functions, or Cloud Functions Experience with Container Orchestration (AWS ECS, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) Experience with Salesforce Experience with Vue.js Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with TCP/IP networking Experience with Windows and Linux **Pay is based on Level of Experience and qualifications.
