WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER AT TRU ST. GEORGE In this leadership role, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire hotel, both inside and out. You lead and train a dedicated team of housekeepers to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are sparkling clean and welcoming. Not only do you inspect all areas regularly, but you also ensure the efficiency and productivity of the laundry department.You're the mastermind behind daily assignments and weekly schedules. You also handle inventory, ordering, and maintaining budgets in both labor and expense. Hospitality-driven, you're passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, and that makes you perfect for this leadership position! WHAT MATTERS MOST Ideal knowledge and skills for the position are: Housekeeping experience, particularly with Hilton Supervisor experience Bilingual fluency These qualifications are not hard requirements.
