Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook High self-motivation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Desired Qualifications: Experience with invoicing in WAWF Experience using ERP accounting system Previous government contracting experience Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, etc) Must be highly organized and detail oriented. JOB DESCRIPTION Must communicate easily and effectively in English both written and verbally; Be able to read and review customer purchase order and look for any discrepancies in pricing or quantities and ensure that AR invoices are accurate and in compliance with company accounting standards and government requirements; Submit invoices either via email, or via agency portal such as WAWF, IPP, Tungsten, Exostar, Delphi, & GSA Vendor Pay System; Obtain proof of deliveries for all invoices and shipments; Foster positive customer relationships to ensure timely payments; Responsible for resolving overdue invoices and collecting past due payments; Proficiency in MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills and the ability to be able to handle a large number of emails and respond to them in a timely manner; Investigate and reconcile any account discrepancies; Process daily requests to charge credit cards; Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment, both independently and as part of a team is a must; Other clerical duties and projects as assigned.
