Maintenance Director Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated full-time Maintenance Director to join our great team of professionals. Duties include maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility and to help ensure we follow state regulations and guidelines. Maintenance Director is a salaried position with a flexible schedule. Requirements for our Maintenance Director Must be knowledgeable of resident rights and support an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment. Supports, cooperates with and implements specific procedures and programs for: OSHA and safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management and security. Report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs. Adhere to HIPPA regulations and confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee and operations data. Upholds Quality Assurance requirements and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ability to perform a wide variety of repairs and/or renovations commonly required in a commercial setting.
