About the job: The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment efforts for the company and its skilled nursing facilities. In addition, they will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their recruiting needs. Responsibilities Demonstrates commitment to company's mission, values and standards of ethical behavior. Provides assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results. Leverage the reporting tools in Applicant Tracking System to measure recruiting metrics on a weekly basis Create weekly reports to track conversion rates Keep track of timeline from source to hire to monitor the candidate experience Evaluate success of each recruiting methods and strategies used by measuring which percentage of applicants flow from one stage to another in the hiring process Assess attrition and turnover rate to understand the cause of reduction in workforce Meet weekly productivity metrics/goals Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures that Human Resources procedures are followed in accordance with established policies, production sheets and recipes, including the use of adaptive devices per instructions. Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates Navigates and coordinate through the company Applicant Tracking System to monitor openings for all 35 skilled nursing facilities Tracks, posts, reposts and closes requisitions for over 100 jobs for 35 skilled nursing facilities Works closely with job site ads (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, etc.) to ensure sponsorship and job ad placement. Develop and maintain relationships with active clients and referral sources Build and cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and business development leads Coordinates with HR Generalists and Facility Payroll Coordinators regarding employee onboarding, documentation, and training. Recruits actively for high-level and entry-level Home Office positions, and occasionally recruits directly for urgent facility job openings. Provides recruiting and ATS training for designated facility-based recruiters through virtual meetings and in-person visits. Works closely with facility CEOs and/or facility designees on custom recruiting and retention plans. Consistently meet with managers to discuss recruiting tactics and facility staffing needs Promotes culture program initiatives within facilities in coordination with CEOs at facilities. Markets and networks with colleges and universities in the community to promote organization and facilitate candidate placement. Attends career fairs, workforce development fairs, and job-related events. Visits classrooms with clinical students to promote organization and facility candidate placement. Attends annual CAHF convention to network and promote organization. Coordinate with Branding department to produce material for recruiting events All other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least five (5) years of recruiting experience required Experience in recruiting in healthcare industry a plus Knowledge of utilizing an Applicant Tracking System Data driven recruiting experience Knowledge of HR and Recruiting laws such as, assigning and monitoring background checks, extending and rescinding offer letters, hiring and onboarding, etc. Able to prioritize tasks, organize and schedule calls using Outlook calendar Strong sense of urgency Able to travel and drive (20%) of the time Must be comfortable spending a large portion of the day making outbound phone calls, with the intent to increase leads, referrals, etc. Self-motivated - The drive to work toward your goals, without influence from other people or situations. Discretion & Independent Judgment - Must be a self-starter with the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Communication - Listening, presenting, and clearly expressing ideas in a written and oral format. Adaptability - Ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities. Planning & Organizing - Using time efficiently to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Teamwork & Accountability - Working towards common goals while being accountable for assigned tasks; be amicable and work well with others. Organized - Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail Oriented - Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
