Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part-time Grocery Team Member to join the Downingtown team! Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally. Availability: Mondays 10:00am-4:00pm Wednesdays 10:00am-4:00pm Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older. Location: Downingtown Kimberton Whole Foods Address: 150 E Pennsylvania Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 Hourly Pay: $14.00-15.00 Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. Daily Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to all. Receiving and stocking all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items. Stocks and handles product following guidelines for time and temperature demands. Rotating back stock on a first-in first-out basis. Working in collaboration with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. Understands KWF inventory management practices. Performs duties as assigned. Key Attributes: Good communication skills: oral and written. Motivated to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced work environment. Able to be on your feet for 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs. Excellent time management skills.
