Curve Dental develops and delivers web-based practice management software (PMS) and services to dentists to revolutionize the way that they manage their practices -- from billing to scheduling to imaging to charting to patient engagement. We've been in the business since 2004 and have been growing every year since. We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst who is excited about the opportunity to work with a high growth company that is positioned to dominate a relatively untapped market. This position is a hybrid position working in our Alpharetta office and remote . Responsibilities Technical Support Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading the following: Hardware and peripherals used by all staff, including a variety of systems including Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. Software and any accompanying licenses used by staff Communication and appropriate escalation of issues that may affect the working environment Asset Management Maintain inventory/catalog of all hardware assets Manage hardware assets including the acquisition of hardware and materials to meet the requirements of users User and Access Management Monitor and manage tickets for access related issues Password sharing administration and management Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees and applicable hardware, software, and account access. Enforce compliance with company policies surrounding HIPAA, PHI, and security best practices. Active involvement in the requirements gathering process of new services and tools required by the business and provisioning access to services as appropriate Provide constructive criticism, feedback, suggestions, and a positive attitude Meet personal, team, project, and company deadlines in a timely fashion Other roles and responsibilities as determined or changed by management Education and Experience Experience managing MS Office applications (specifically Outlook) Experience managing mobile devices and supporting BYOD environments using MDM tools for both Android and iOS Experience managing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networking 4+ years of Helpdesk or customer service experience Experience supporting a hybrid remote/local working environment Experience with ticketing systems such as service-now, Atlassian Jira, or similar CompTIA A+ certification is a bonus Certificate in Computer or IT related study is a bonus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
