Duties include: -Transport in-house dialysis residents to and from dialysis appointments -Assists in Transfers residents to and from dialysis chairs -Acts as a liaison between Dialysis staff and nursing staff (retrieve meds PRN, communication between Dialysis staff and nursing staff) -Verifies Dialysis paperwork is completed by nursing staff and dialysis staff -obtain vital signs for dialysis residents -must be able to work independently -coordination of meals for Dialysis residents You take great care to observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior that you find when caring for your residents.
