Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll provide support at all levels of the organization, with an emphasis on key areas such as Full Life Cycle support for employees, Employee Investigations, Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, and Time Keeping and Benefits support.In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a benefits package that is among the best in the area, with fully paid or low-cost health insurance depending on the selected plan. Company culture promotes day-to-day engagement, openness, trust, and loyalty to achieve outstanding performance, sustainable expertise, and personal development.As the Sr. HR Generalist , you'll take care of our most important assets, our people, by:•Implementing and supporting human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, new hire orientation, training and development, benefits administration, records management•Providing operational and administrative support with benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.•Processing new employees in various HR systems, managing onboarding/orientation, scheduling drug screens and background checks•Tracking, reporting, and administering employee timekeeping and payroll•Terminating employees as needed. •Creating and updating various reports, including weekly recruiting and monthly headcount reports•Scheduling and conducting interviews, meetings, information sessions, and training•Performing HR responsibilities in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws•Maintaining excellent working relationships with all levels of management and employees•Attending career fairs, conferences, and industry-related events•Conducting periodic audits of HR data, information, and systems for accuracy, completion, and data integrity•Other responsibilities as assignedRequirements for consideration: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field. 8 or more years of relevant job experience Bilingual- Spanish and English Strong MS Office, MS Project, and Share Point skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of HR Systems (payroll, HR, and benefits-related software) Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities with a high level of detail and accuracy Proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate to people at every level of the organization and externally Bonus qualifications: Experience in Manufacturing UKG experience Experience working in an international environment SAP and/or Success Factors experience Professional HR certification i.e., SHMR-CP/SCP
