Description:
We are seeking candidates for an Information Technology (IT) Specialist position. Responsibilities for this position will include: Processing internal technology work orders Ensuring hardware and software are operational and accessible on all bank systems Supporting network administration and management of vendor relationships Facilitating statement rendering Processing account research requests Assisting with or managing various special projects Position Requirements: Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards is needed. College degree or two years IT User Support / Technical Support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience supporting technology infrastructure, data security, and/or electronic data processing is preferred. Banking IT experience is preferred.
