Program Manager - Ryan White

Description:
The Program Manager will develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate all Ryan White programs. Responsibilities include: developing and executing departmental goals, objectives and timelines; implementing and monitoring fiscal and program reporting requirements to all funding sources; developing collaborative partnerships with other agencies; maintaining ongoing communication with state, local and federal project officers and private funder. In addition to these duties, the Program Manager will participate in management and staff meetings to address operational priorities, fiscal management, funding and proposal development. Responsibilities Include: Departmental Planning, Development and Staff Management Recommendations for hiring, orientation, and training and annual employee performance review and evaluation activities. Conduct Orientation for all program staff, volunteers and interns. Oversee curriculum development, staff training, and implementation Program Implementation, Evaluation, Monitoring Provide oversight to the Peer Support program; Monitor and review Peer support Implementation Action plan. Oversee the Community & Street Outreach Program Implementation Plans and monitor staff and program service delivery intervention plan. Conduct continuous program quality assurances and quality improvement to program and clients. (Develop systems for clients and staff to provide regular feedback). Monitor and review all staff reports and complete quarterly and annual department reports. Program Marketing, Resource Development and Collaborations Promote the Ryan Whites vision and mission to stakeholders, funders, partners and clients by coordinating with agency marketing plan, including upkeep of Peer support social media presence Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, master preferred and 3-5 years prior experience in non-profit management, multi-cultural prevention and intervention programming. Experience in human resource development, contract negotiation and fundraising Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License and transportation Strong computer skills/data entry (knowledge of the E2 Boston system) Desired Skills: Bilingual and multi-cultural (Spanish/English) a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of state & federal reporting requirements, process & procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; good listening and facilitation skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
