GENERAL FUNCTION: Perform necessary skilled tasks in the repair and mechanical maintenance in one or more of the areas of plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and auto mechanics. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent Three years of experience in general maintenance, electrical, heating, refrigeration, automotive mechanics, carpentry or related area. Training from a Vocational Training School desired. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills Effective interpersonal skills LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: A valid Regular Driver License is required.
