The Position: St. Patrick Center is hiring a Coordinated Street Outreach Worker. The Coordinated Street Outreach Worker will drive an agency vehicle through the City of St. Louis to identify, outreach and provide services to homeless individuals and families, among other duties. Moreover, the outreach worker will build rapport with identified clients and outreach them to engage in services and/or refer to other agencies. This position works Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The salary range is between $32,000 and $42,000. Please see full job description for additional details.
