The ideal candidate is a quick learner who will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers and assistance. As the voice of our company, the call center rep must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for helping members and driving satisfaction. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Founded in 1928 and based in Pawtucket, Coastal1 Credit Union is a growing, member-focused organization serving over 120,000 members.
