Full-time Nursing Supervisor for ER/Medical/Surgical units in a critical access hospital. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills required. Duties will include establishing department goals, objectives, standards of performance, and developing applicable policies and procedures. Flexible scheduling with 10-12 hour shifts and call. Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
