Schedule : Monday through Friday. We are seeking an Office/CSR Manager to manage, train, and motivate customer service agent staffing. They may be assigned tasks (not limited to) such as facilitating projects/events, call center sales training, preparing reports, and helping to book calls. Primary Duties: Training Mentoring Maintaining Sales Quotas for CSA staff Scheduling Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: A strong belief in providing a SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE for customers and fellow team members. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience Ability to analyze and track data Excellent written and verbal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
