Requirements: The Commissary production cook position may be a Part time or Full time position based on needs of the production. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. Hours worked daily vary based on volume/needs of production. Measurement conversion, basic math and knife skills. Basic Functions: Responsible for preparation of all food items in commissary. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Complete tasks assigned by the Production Management team. Melt Bar and Grilled's Commissary Production Team works Monday - Friday typically 9am up to 5pm depending on the production schedule.
