We are seeking an energetic, team oriented individual to join our growing team as a CSR-External! Power Line Supply is the nation's largest independently owned utility specific distributor and provides protective equipment testing, tool repair, and technical services consulting to customers around the world. The principal duties and responsibilities of the CSR-External consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Interface directly with the customer related to shipments at both PLS and customer locations Monitor shipping and receiving for accuracy Monitor pricing for accuracy and payment accuracy Work inside customer ERP system to assure forecasting accuracy Work inside customer ERP system to assure goods receipts Work inside customer ERP system to assure PLS has all PO's Work inside customer ERP system to assure customer stocking levels are being met Monitor Customer inventory turns, avoiding customer inventory from getting stagnate Stay current on industry trends and best practices Act within the letter and spirit of the laws of the United States, the States and municipalities in which The Power Line Supply Company operates Ensure your availability to respond to Storm or Emergency work that may occur from time to time for proper support of customer's needs. REQUIREMENTS: Preferred - Associates Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Hands on experience in sales and a proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Excellent planning and organizational skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
