Job Summary The F&B Manager is responsible for managing and organizing all Warm Springs Casino Enterprises (WSCE) daily food and beverage operations, directing and supervising the conceptualization, production, and service of all food offerings for both Indian Head Casino (IHC) and the Plateau Travel Plaza (PTP). He/she will maintain the food and beverage operation's profitability and ensure efficient restaurant operations while meeting superior standards for products and service. The F&B Manager assists the Food and Beverage Director in establishing restaurant initiatives and marketing strategies. Skills/Experience Required or Preferred •Culinary school diploma or degree or the equivalent experience preferred. •Proven five (5) years of successful hospitality food service management experience. •Previous experience should include food and labor cost control, food and beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards, menu development and pricing, and the development of a culinary team. •Knowledge of Health Code Regulations required. •Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) •Up to date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices. •Must possess professional and effective communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with staff and Leadership. •Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. •Must present a professional appearance with strict hygiene standards. •Food Handlers Certificate and OLCC license required.
