* * * * $5,000 Commitment Bonus * * * * This position is responsible for providing safe, comfortable and healthy environments for all consumers, visitors and staff in all Stairways owned or maintained facilities and vehicles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general and preventative maintenance and repair including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, renovations, relocation activities as needed, snow removal as needed and working collaboratively with staff, administration, vendors and other community representatives to ensure high quality service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalency and possess a diploma, certificate or license from a certified trade school or vocational school in an area providing basic knowledge in at least five of the following areas: Plumbing Electrical repair Carpentry Repair of household items Moving and storage Painting and wallpapering Act 31/33/34 Clearances and FBI Criminal Background Check. Valid drivers license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours
