Western Washington's largest post frame builder is looking for an outgoing, energetic recruiter to hire company-wide and feed new talent into our expanding team. We are a high volume, fast paced, production pole building company that typically completes between 300 and 400 projects per year. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team to find and hire top talent to support our company's growth. This is a full time office position. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish for entry level to executive positions. Source and attract candidates using various methods, such as social media, job boards, and networking events. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job postings. Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to attract candidates. Provide timely and accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and progress. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years hands on recruiting experience preferred. Background in construction preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Strong level of initiative. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to details. A keen sense of urgency. Computer proficiency and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
