DAY TO DAY AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT - OFFICE CLERK As an entry-level Personal Assistant – Office Clerk, you perform a variety of important clerical tasks that help keep our business running smoothly. You work closely with the leadership team, completing duties that support our company's organization and overall performance. These duties differ depending on the day and business needs, but you can typically expect to assist with reporting and scheduling tasks. While working, you try to identify areas we could improve our methods and increase our profitability. You help improve our customer service quality by closely listening to call recordings and reporting each call's results, making note of any issues or mistakes the representatives made. Attentive to detail, you maintain and update our databases, ensuring that all our statistics and numbers are properly recorded. Eager to help, you perform other duties as directed such as sorting emails, updating calendars and schedules, organizing computer file structures, and filing important documents.
