You will also have the duty of typing up proposals and taking care of permit applications and scheduling inspections. QUALIFICATIONS Comfortable on the phone Customer service skills Typing & Computer skills Prior experience as a customer service representative and/or receptionist is preferred. Knowledge in the HVAC field is also preferred but not required. Are you organized and attentive to detail? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you able to effectively juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment? If so, you may be perfect for this administrative position!
