Sun Health is looking for a big-hearted, invested, and thorough CONTRACT Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our vibrant Sun Health Administration team in Surprise, Arizona . *This position is currently based in Surprise, with the potential for a flexible schedule and work in Sun City West and Litchfield Park, AZ. Compensation: $30-$40 per massage + tips. Why Sun Health? Reports to: Practice ManagerJoin the Sun Health Center for Health & Wellbeing, a nonprofit community-based organization in Surprise, where we help our clients with lifestyle modifications such as stress reduction, improved nutrition, weight loss and better fitness in order to live healthier. We are seeking a motivated and talented LMT who would like to build a clientele as a contractor. The Center for Health & Wellbeing provides a welcoming and supporting environment that includes administrative and marketing support, scheduling, comfortable and inviting room, and linens and equipment needed to provide multiple types of massage appropriate to the age and condition(s) of the client. You supply the experience and talent to provide 60 or 90 minute massages at scheduled dates/times, one to three days per week in our beautiful Center. Summary of Responsibilities :Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging massage service(s) Be part of a growing and caring environment that provides community health services and encourages healthy lifestyle choices Perform massages while maintaining the client's comfort at all times Perform 60 and 90 minute massages on adults of all ages, including seniors Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations Help maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order Follow departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies Participate in marketing massage services through personal presentations, participation in health fairs and assistance in drafting newsletter/blog articles Job Posted by ApplicantPro
