Starting at $20.00 per hour General Information: Job title: Certified Nursing Assistant Location: Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Shifts Available: Part-time2, Day Shift; 16 hours per pay period (every other weekend) Part-time2, PM Shift; 24 hours per pay period Weekend rotation: Shifts may include every other weekend, weekend differential available Holiday rotation: Holiday rotation Position Summary: Performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice. Position Responsibilities: Provides for resident's personal hygiene: gives bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assists with showers. Provides for activities of daily living: assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals. Performs I&O; checks vital signs and weight; assists with specimen collection; and post-mortem care. Provides for comfort needs of residents Promptly answers resident's call lights and requests. Other duties are requested within scope of practice Position Requirements: Required Education: Successful completion of nursing assistant course Certified Nursing Assistant Certification to practice in the state Job Posted by ApplicantPro
