Compensation: This position is salaried, exempt from overtime, and eligible for sales commissions and bonuses. Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities: Complete strategic outside sales calls with current and potential referral sources that result in increased membership to Sun Health at Home. Manage sales process by understanding prospective members' needs and educating them about Sun Health at Home's services and programs. Strategize with Executive Director on creative ways to develop new opportunities and nurture existing relationships. Conducts sales seminars and events to develop leads for future memberships. Frequent local travel for events and to meet clients for one-on-one appointments. Travel can be up to 100%. Develop and close leads utilizing personal appointments and telephone/email follow-up. Maintain a database of current and potential referral sources. Must be able to work flexible hours; nights and weekends as required. Demonstrate the Sun Health Vibrant Living culture and provides all customers/audience with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health behaviors (the 6 Cs) each and every day. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and related experience preferred. Must be familiar with Windows operating systems, MS office and email software. 3 years of adequate knowledge or ability to quickly understand different types of insurance (i.e. long term care insurance, Medicare, etc.) and financial scenarios preferred. 3 years of experience with sales activities, outside sales tactics, techniques, and presentations required. 3 years of sales experience, preferably complex long-term sales preferred.
