Position Summary This Administrative Assistant position is for our Custom Imprint division. A positive attitude and attention to detail is required for this position. Responsibilities Work with the team in responding to internal & external client requests during the development of projects Entry of purchase orders to vendors Entry of Sales Orders Follow-up on purchase orders Coordinate proofing and proof routing Invoicing of orders once fulfilled Maintain filing of orders Track samples, package & execute logistics Coordinate proofing and proof routing Job Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. Basic mathematic skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills. Strong computer skills with MS Office suite & ERP systems - NetSuite Preferred. Special Position Requirements May be required to work overtime May be required to work on weekends Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a post-offer drug screen
