Front Desk Agent Brian Head Lodge is looking to hire Front Desk Agents to accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, making and confirming reservations, and collecting payments from departing guests. Must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as issues or guest needs arise Make and confirm reservations Collect payments from departing guests Answer phone calls for reservations, local information, and guest needs REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills. Attentive to detail. Friendly, service-driven disposition. Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
