Summary This role will play an important part with first impressions on Preston Refrigeration's CFO & CEO assistant and any other outside personnel, while assisting internally with current operations. Responsibilities Manage, schedule, and coordinate calendar and email. Answer and screen inbound calls. Act as main point of contact for the agent, screen and deliver incoming messages. Oversee agents schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist in travel and hotel arrangements for incoming guest and employees. Schedule appointments such as, meetings, events, business trips Maintain a neat and clean appearance and motivated, positive attitude. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Associate degree in business administration or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Vista Viewpoint preferred. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Excellent organizational skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to preserve confidentiality of information pertaining to all areas of Preston Refrigeration.
