Ingleside at Home is a premier provider of in-home care services. We are currently seeking a full time Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team for the Maryland location. This position will be responsible for the client assessments and the clinical staff. We provide quality care for mature adults residing in the Montgomery County, Maryland region. We are located near Shady Grove and all of our clients are in one community. The Nurse Supervisor should have an active RN license in Maryland that is in good standing. At least 3 years of experience in specialized home care or home health, and at least 3 years of progressive nursing leadership, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is a plus; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for a confident Nurse Supervisor who has: Familiarity with home care, home health or LTC Exceptional customer service skills Excellent supervisory skills Prior success in motivating and coaching team members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for: The daily oversight of the Maryland Regional Office in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations Supervising the delivery of all home care operations to include client care and EHR documentation Assures compliance with all state, federal, and OSHA health regulations/standards Assessment of residents in the program and ensuring care plan is updated according to changes in resident's needs Acts as a leader by ensuring productivity, efficiency and accuracy of work performed by the team Plans, develops and implements educational program for Home Care staff Collaborates with the Director of Operations Manager in promoting home care services to the community If you are a match to the above traits and skills, then this is the position for you.
