A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONTENTS TECHNICIAN Reporting to the Contents Manager, the Contents Technician will work alongside other team members as well as individually in processing personal property (contents) in residential and commercial settings. RESPONSIBILITIES Packing, Moving and storing content Moving, unpacking, and resetting homes Restoration of content affected by fire, smoke, odor, sewer, water, and mold Ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standard at all times Ongoing communications relating to the content department Ensure quality assurance procedures and protocols are met at all times QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license required Exceptional organization and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work under pressure, and possess excellent time management skills High level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task job duties and functions Self-motivated and able to assess job situations Excel in a physically demanding and fast-paced work environment Perform in a way that best represents the standards and interests of THE COMPANY Have high standards of professional conduct with Clients, Subs, and in-house Excellent problem-solving capabilities Restoration/construction experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Available for emergency work after hours and on weekends. We are a company with a 24-7 operation Must be willing to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as business needs dictate REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
