Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a SEASONAL Supply Center Assistant at our equipment and supply center store in Portland, ME (May - October). Want to make some summer cash!?! The Supply Center Assistant position is a seasonal role, Monday - Friday, with some Saturday hours and overtime available from May through approximately October. No day ever looks the same! If you enjoy new challenges with work that doesn't require sitting in a cubicle or office everyday - look no further! The Supply Center Assistant is an integral part of all functions at the supply center store including: material handling, inventory, sales, service, and customer support. Everyday brings new experiences! This position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits including: Profit Sharing, 401(k) + match, Medial and Dental, Sick, Holiday, and Personal paid time. The qualified applicant will be responsible for providing information and support to our customers and other team members. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Material Handling: Pumping sealer Loading sand Sealant Pails Shipping and Receiving: Receive and process incoming shipments, unload trucks, verify receipt of correct items and quantities, and put them away. Set up orders going out via UPS and other carriers. Equipment and Rentals: Support the Service Tech with the equipment we rent to assist customer with rental paperwork and equipment related questions. Manage contracts in Rent Master. Stock and Show Room: Assist customers with product knowledge about items we stock. Assist with weekly Cycle Counts Support Showroom setup as needed.
