We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the Proactive Family and help deliver the Proactive experience by providing stellar service to our customers. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, 401K with 4% employee match, 3 weeks PTO after first year, Paid Holiday, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, overtime as needed Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling sales appointments and assisting sales personnel in closing jobs. You will also act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met. Required Qualifications: 2+ years in a sales position Pass pre-employment drug and background screen High school diploma or general education degree Possess advanced customer service skills Must be highly organized Great customer service skills Great written and verbal communication General knowledge of HVAC preferred sales jobs, sales coordinator
